Natalie joined the Stickney Research team in 2018 as our client operations and service specialist. She believes that every client deserves an exceptional customer service experience with every interaction. Her positive attitude and desire for excellence gives our clients confidence in the services we provide.

With her diverse experience in customer service, accounting, sales, and finance; Natalie enjoys the variety her position offers each day and the opportunity to wear many hats.

She is a master problem-solver and advocate for each of our clients. She oversees the logistics of opening accounts, processing transfers and distributions, and general account maintenance.

Her priority is to ensure everything is done correctly and accurately while constantly elevating our customer service standards.

Natalie strongly believes in ongoing personal and professional growth. She has her Washington State Insurance License and she is a Washington State Notary Public.

In her spare time Natalie enjoys cooking and traveling. She also enjoys spending time with her family and adorable Shih Tzu Tuffy.
